Finishing options—cold or hot-dip galvanizing, electrostatic powder coating, and neoprene rubber—are selected to match the environment. In vibration-damping clamps, elastomeric liners cut noise by up to 18 dB and help prevent under-deposit corrosion between the metal and the conveyed fluid.
Size Range & Applications
Bastiran products secure pipe nominal diameters (DN) from 6 mm to 3,000 mm—covering domestic drinking-water lines through to 48-inch crude-oil pipelines. Compliance with DIN 3567, MSS SP-58, and ISO 1461 ensures full alignment with EPC drawings and shortens engineering approvals on site.

Quality Control & Certifications
All clamps undergo load and fatigue testing. Clamp load for high-volume sizes 50–160 mm is measured per EN 13480, with results supplied on a QC sheet with each product. The company holds national technical approval (Road, Housing & Urban Development Research Center – Iran) and certificates ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 3834 for welding.
