Easy Pipe Proprietary Technology
Easy Pipe uses multi-stage extrusion lines and laser butt welding of the aluminum layer to produce a seamless, uniform pipe. Reinforced PEX-b, silane-based adhesive, and 3003-H14 aluminum balance ring stiffness and flexibility. Inline X-ray control measures each layer’s thickness in real time to ensure full compliance with ASTM F1281 and ISIRI 12753—compliance that simplifies international specification and export.

Brass Fittings: Reliable, Leak-Tight Joints
Easy Pipe fittings are made from CW617N brass with <2% lead. Hot-forged, CNC-machined, and nickel-chrome plated, they resist dezincification and localized corrosion. Chlorine-resistant EPDM washers and 304 stainless press sleeves ensure a tight seal for leak-free performance.
