Superdrain Company

Superdrain Wastewater System

Over the past decade, Superdrain has reshaped how drainage networks are designed and installed in Iranian buildings. The push-fit socket joint and engineered polypropylene (PP) create a safe, watertight, and seamless system—no welding or solvent needed. Technically, Superdrain blends European know-how with the realities of the Iranian jobsite. The result: a solution that meets EN standards while fitting local climate, codes, and installation practices.

Superdrain Product Family & Use Cases

  • In-Building Series – Push-fit PP pipes and fittings in 40–160 mm for sanitary wastewater, rainwater, and vent risers.
  • Superdrain KG – Buried three-layer version with NBR/SBR sealing ring; resists soil point loads and heavy vehicle traffic; 110–500 mm.
  • Superdrain V – Integrated ventilation using Supervent valves that remove the need for a dedicated vent riser.
  • Superdrain Electro – Macerator and lifting unit per EN 12050 for fixtures below gravity level or long discharge runs.

Product series Diameter range (mm) Installation location Differentiator
In-Building 40–160 Indoor spaces, false ceiling Push-fit joint with EPDM O-ring
KG 110–500 Buried in soil, parking, courtyard Three-layer, impact-resistant construction
V 50–160 Vent risers Supervent valve; no traditional vent stack
Electro 22 (outlet) Basements, negative floors Dual-blade macerator + high-head pump

Technical & Project Benefits

  • Fast installation: 35–40 m of pipe per shift with only a pipe cutter and lubricant.
  • Mechanical & chemical durability: Excellent resistance to common detergents pH 2–12 and momentary temperatures up to 95 °C.
  • Low noise: Dense walls and multi-lip O-rings damp vibration; residential sound level averages < 19 dB(A).
  • Design flexibility: Elbows at 15°, 30°, 45°, 67°, 87° ease routing around beams and risers with minimal cutting.
  • Code alignment: Dimensions, hydraulic safety factors, and recommended slopes follow national guidance (Publication 12-110; Chapter 16) and comply with EN standards.

Engineering Services & Training Content

Superpipe International supports correct installation through hands-on workshops, interactive videos, and the first technical book enhanced with AR. Teams can view 3D steps for cutting, assembly, leak testing, and troubleshooting—significantly reducing installation errors.

Superdrain and the Renewal of Iran’s MEP Industry

Replacing traditional vent risers with Superdrain V frees shaft space and reduces material use. The KG series keeps the discharge line in one material from building to municipal network—eliminating corrosion from buried metal fittings. These advantages make Superdrain a first choice for high-rise, retail, and healthcare projects.

Tamambaha
