VOG Iran Bi-Hemta entered the market in 1989 (1368 SH) with an operating license from the Ministry of Industry & Mines. From day one, the company focused on localizing foundry know-how and precision machining—a mission now realized in a facility of 30,000+ m² with automated production lines.

Production Capacity, Infrastructure & Technology

At the Karaj plant, resin-sand mixers, induction furnaces for special alloys, and fully automated epoxy/FBE coating lines work in tandem to deliver cast-iron and steel products in PN10–PN40 with uniform thickness and strong adhesion. The in-house pattern shop enables reverse engineering and continuous optimization of complex parts.

Multi-Layer Quality Control System

A metallography lab with optical microscopes and a digital hardness tester verifies melt microstructure and mechanical properties before molding. XRF analysis and hydrostatic testing up to 1.5× rated pressure validate every valve. Final coating is electrostatic powder; a 20 kV holiday test and Eddy-Current thickness measurement ensure corrosion resistance through salt-spray cycles.
